Pulse-Jet Technology
Pulse-Jet brings the best flavour balance and texture to your espresso cup.
It’s an on/off espresso extraction technology that avoids any over-extraction of your coffee cake. It uses water pulses giving the coffee cake more space to expand, achieving a more balanced result in the cup in terms of aroma and flavours.
Ergonomics Efficiency
The ergonomic design of Aurelia Wave focuses on the actions that the barista repeatedly performs throughout the day, ensuring safety and wellbeing, while granting no-stop working and delivering a high quality and consistent result in the cup.
Digital Information
Aurelia Wave grants full control over all the steps of extraction, preparation, dispensing and cleaning. Every technical aspect of the machine will be under barista’s eyes.
Pre-Set Scenarios
Pre-set scenarios allow the barista to change the extraction settings with a single click through the touchscreen display.
