The machine ensures solid daily output, consistent results, and energy savings. The Soft Infusion System (SIS) optimizes extraction, while E-Milk technology enables automatic steaming of dairy and plant-based milk with up to 4 preset recipes.
Appia Viva is also available with C-Automation technology, which automatically syncs the machine and grinder, improving workflow and reducing waste. Every detail—from the new ergonomic keypad to the XT version’s touchscreen display—is designed to make the barista’s work simpler, more precise, and faster.
The Viva Grinder, the perfect complement to Appia Viva, ensures precise, consistent dosing thanks to 65 or 75 mm burrs and micrometric adjustment. It’s durable, easy to clean, and low-maintenance. C-Automation technology connects Appia Viva and Viva Grinder via cable, analyzes the flow, and sends instructions to the barista for grind adjustments directly on the grinder’s display.
Appia Viva is designed to give coffee chains a way to serve high-quality beverages while saving energy. The insulated boiler and optimized hydraulic circuit reduce energy consumption by 7% compared to Appia Life.
Appia Viva is available in two versions: XT (touchscreen display, 2 or 3 volumetric groups) and Standard (2 or 3 groups, Compact version with 55 cm width or 1 group), all engineered to deliver maximum reliability and consistent quality.
