Some coffee machines follow trends. Others continue to evolve while staying true to their identity, becoming true icons in the process.
Just a few months after its launch, Appia Viva is already confirming the success of a platform that has shaped the history of Nuova Simonelli and supported the growth of thousands of coffee shops, coffee professionals, and roasters around the world. This evolution preserves the essence of Appia while reinterpreting it through contemporary design, enhanced reliability, greater ease of use, and a vision aligned with the evolving needs of the hospitality industry.
According to Nuova Simonelli’s philosophy, the value of an icon lies not only in its history, but in its ability to remain relevant, continuously responding to the changing needs of baristas, roasters, and chains. This is exactly what Appia Viva is demonstrating: bringing into the present and the future everything that has made Appia one of the most beloved and widely used espresso coffee machines in the world.
A Design That Speaks the Language of Contemporary Hospitality
With Appia Viva, design becomes an integral part of the coffee experience.
Clean lines, harmonious proportions, and a design that combines functionality with visual impact make Appia Viva a focal point of any coffee space. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to improve the barista’s daily workflow while enhancing the environment around it. The result is a perfect balance between functionality and design: an espresso machine created to be used every day and admired for years to come.
The journey continues
The enthusiasm surrounding Appia Viva since its launch highlights its ability to meet the evolving needs of today’s coffee professionals and resonate with diverse markets, cultures, and coffee communities around the world.
The global journey of Appia Viva continues with new events and launches across international markets, bringing Nuova Simonelli’s vision closer to baristas, roasters, entrepreneurs, and coffee chains who shape the future of coffee culture every day. A journey that strengthens connections within the global coffee community and further establishes Appia Viva as one of the most appreciated espresso machines of its generation.
Because icons are not defined by a single place. They continue to evolve, inspire, and create meaningful connections wherever exceptional coffee is served.
