The Soft Infusion System extraction system enhances the aroma of each coffee blend, bringing all the noble substances to the cup, with a full-bodied and persistent cream and compensating for any errors in coffee tamping.
Easy Cream
Automatic frothing system for cow’s milk and plant based drink with the correct amount of foam and at the set temperature.
With Easycream it is possible to setup to 4 different milk frothing settings for the same number of recipes such as cappuccino, flatwhite and caffelatte
TFT Display
An intuitive display that allows you to read shot times, modify doses, start cleaning, view counters, and adjust button and display brightness.

Controlled brewing with zero waste for consistency.
We called it Timer as its tft display can show the shot time in order operators can check consistency in the cup. The performance remains unchanged compared to the 2 and 3 group Appia Life models. Appia Life Timer is available in 2 and 3 groups in the volumetric version (5 dispensing keys per group) with a mechanical pressostat.
